Laurel Oak Homes Sales At
A Glance
A marked improvement in home sales is surfacing in the Laurel
Oak community. Of the 8 homes sold thus far in 2008 (13 sold in
2007), the average price per square foot in March 08 revealed an
average of $275 per sq. ft. versus $250 psf in January 08, and $211
psf in September 07.
Additionally, the trend over
the past 15 months indicates the average Laurel Oak home is selling
for a respective 87% of the list price.
